The Caso PizzaChef 400° in black and silver is an electric stone oven for preparing pizza, pinsa, calzone and tarte flambée. With an output of 2000 watts, it reaches temperatures of up to 400 °C, allowing food to be ready in 2-3 minutes. A cordierite pizza stone measuring 33 x 33 cm ensures even heat distribution inside. The 47.5 x 50 x 23 cm appliance has a heat-resistant stainless steel housing, a stainless steel interior and separately controllable heating elements for top and bottom heat. The pizza oven is designed for use both indoors and in protected outdoor areas. The scope of delivery includes a pizza stone, a stainless steel front cover and an aluminium pizza peel with wooden handle. The cable length is 1.8 metres.
