Stylish stainless steel and smooth cast iron combined with a special burner technology ensure excellent heat distribution, making grilling on the Master Plancha EX a pleasure. The patented Blue Flame technology quickly and evenly heats the cooking plate to the required temperatures. Thanks to the InstaStart technology, the burners ignite simply by turning the control knob. The enameled, smooth cast iron plate provides perfect heat transfer and is very easy to clean. The side grease collection cup is easily accessible and can be cleaned in the dishwasher. With height-adjustable feet and an adjustable cooking plate, the drainage angle for liquids can be easily set. The stainless steel protective cover acts as a windbreak while grilling and as a protector for the cooking plate afterwards.
