The Fat TONY pizza oven allows you to create perfectly baked pizzas in just 90 seconds at an optimal temperature of 450 °C. Thanks to the Dual Zone Heat Monitoring technology, both the temperature of the pizza stone and the baking chamber are monitored, giving you excellent control over the top and bottom heat. The L-shaped burner provides maximum flexibility and even heat distribution.

The oven features an extra-long loading area for easy handling and a spacious baking chamber. Technical specifications include temperatures exceeding 450 °C for Neapolitan pizza, an extra-thick pizza stone with a thickness of 2 cm, and a pizza size of up to 34 cm in diameter.

With the Fat TONY pizza oven, you have full control thanks to patented dual temperature measurement and an innovative thermometer that guarantees perfect pizzas. The L-burner produces long, rolling flames, allowing the pizza to bake in just one turn in 90 seconds.

The extra-long loading area and spacious baking chamber ensure effortless handling of the pizza. The oven also impresses with its stainless steel casing and powder-coated steel housing, sturdy feet, and a side rotary knob for safe heat regulation.

Features include a heat shield that brings the oven to 650 °C in just 20 minutes, as well as a cordierite pizza stone capable of baking large pizzas up to 34 cm in diameter. The battery-operated thermometer can be easily inserted and removed via the magnetic sliding contact.
