Head weight 800 g, with a 60 cm hickory handle, varnished.
Bison 1879 Series - a hand-forged axe made from high-quality steel, crafted using traditional craftsmanship, very handy and safe to use. Its optimally balanced shape with a slanted eye features a short toe and a long, rearward-extended heel. When felling, it creates a slightly pulling cut that aids the work, and the blade is sharp ground. The untreated hickory handle is particularly comfortable and provides a good grip due to its varnished surface. Each axe comes with a robust leather cutting guard.
