With the Geiger Boxlift, it's incredibly easy to remove or lift a rooftop tent, kayak, or roof box from the vehicle roof by yourself. Depending on the setup and vehicle, the crossbars on the rooftop tent can even remain attached, further speeding up the assembly and disassembly process. The lift is designed for roof boxes but can also be optimally used for rooftop tents due to its adjustable width—unlike models from other manufacturers. The rooftop tent is raised to the desired height against the ceiling of the garage or carport using the crank of the Boxlift and then lowered for mounting onto the car roof. The weight limit is 100 kg. The self-locking worm gear serves as a safety feature.
