Twist drill HSS - Maykestag DIN 340 RN 8.5x165 mm. This long version features cross-grinding A-C, right-hand cutting, and a cylindrical shank. It is a precision-ground twist drill in industrial quality, designed for drilling alloyed and unalloyed steels, grey cast iron, malleable cast iron, copper alloy, nickel silver, graphite, and sintered iron. Key features include wide grooves and a reinforced core, allowing for a drilling depth nearly corresponding to the twist length and facilitating good chip removal. The point angle is 118°, and the surface is blued from 1.0 mm. All dimensions start from 4.0 mm with special "AC" grinding. This industrial quality drill is suitable for NC machines, precise due to a modern grinding process, and break-resistant due to CNC-controlled heat treatment.
