This precision-ground twist drill features cross-grinding A-C short, right-hand cutting, and a cylindrical shank. It is designed for drilling alloyed and unalloyed steels, grey cast iron, malleable cast iron, copper alloy, nickel silver, graphite, and sintered iron. Key features include wide grooves and a reinforced core, allowing for a drilling depth nearly corresponding to the twist length and facilitating good chip removal. The point angle is 118°, and the surface is blued from 1.0 mm, with all dimensions starting from 4.0 mm featuring special "AC" grinding. This industrial quality drill is suitable for NC machines, offering precision due to modern grinding processes and break resistance thanks to CNC-controlled heat treatment.
