Power tools

I would like to buy a cordless drill (screwdriver and drill in one), but I don't know if I should choose the "big" version, i.e. one with an impact drill function. At the moment, I need it for small crafts and tinkering around the house, so I probably won't have to drill a concrete wall any time soon - but I would like to have just one tool and not have to buy a second one just to be able to drill "rough" things. Also, is there a good bit set that equips me with the most common drill and screw heads? Thank you very much :) LG

Why are almost all silent compressors specified with a maximum pressure of 8 bar? Are the pressure vessels that thin, or does the compressor not deliver more power? The sales text for the loud piston machines usually states 10 bar. Because of the vessel or why ?

Are there any sleeves that can be used with 6mm shank cutters on a router (Ryobi) designed for 8mm diameter cutters? Thanks for your suggestions, CF/.

I am surprised that there are 7 circular hand saws with a saw blade diameter < 40 mm. I do realise that this is a mistake and that it refers to the mounting hole. But when I search through the very large range, it would be a great advantage if I could also use the specification for the saw blade diameter.

I'd like to buy a multi-purpose machine for polishing, drilling, milling, engraving, cutting, etc. that's easy to handle, efficient, and for all types of materials. Should it be mains or battery powered? What do you recommend? Thank you.
