What was your solution? I've had the same model since today and it's been plugged in for 3 hours and always on red. The first second briefly green 😂

It usually works quite simply with a USB adapter like the one for iPhones, etc.
But if the lamp never turns green despite longer charging, then something is wrong with the device. In any case, everything still works perfectly for me ...
