Have you also had a disastrous warranty experience with Digitec/Vmax? My R55 has never really worked reliably. It was constantly switching off, engines mega loud, spitting out error messages, E05, E02 etc. Sometimes it worked and sometimes you had to push it home. Sometimes it worked and sometimes you had to push it home. In view of the price, I decided not to accept it and sent it for repair. Now the Hoschis write that it is not a warranty case due to "changes in the parameters". Please? The scooter is already open. What am I supposed to have changed? I am now curious. If necessary, I'll go public and get a lawyer. Were they as Swiss as you regarding customer friendliness?

2 years ago I had the same problem... the VMAX suddenly switched off, no brakes, nothing.

If your case is correct - i.e. that you have not used any tuning software (why would you, of course?) or made any other changes to it and have not had an accident and there was no case of "force majeure" (always use a power strip with surge protection for expensive devices), then this is borderline legal. Most certainly highly unethical and for a multi-million company (who can afford it), a "goodwill disgrace". Good luck.
