Do you also correct the delivery dates afterwards? In favour of Galaxus, as if they had delivered it earlier? I complained on Monday 19.07. because MPickup couldn't find it on 17.07.. The system now says: Postal delivery 17.07. --> I had no postal delivery!
The best thing to do is to contact our customer service directly at https://helpcenter.galaxus.ch/hc.... Then your request can be checked individually. Unfortunately, we cannot help you with orders from the community as our customer service can.
