Question about Intex Seahawk 4 Set
Do I need to register this boat? In the description it is written: "Excluded thereof are vessels up to 4m", but this article mentions 2.5m: https://www.srf.ch/sendungen/kassensturz-espresso/gummiboote-ueber-2-50-meter-muessen-angemeldet-werden
I was using this boat several times on Züri lake, close to the water police station and I've never got any warning / fine. I try to stay not too far away from the land and I don't have any engine. From my "internet research" you don't need to register it. From my experience these paddles are very ineffective, so you don't want to be too far away from the land or use it during a windy weather.
