I don't see it so narrowly either. The product is probably a paddle boat (2d). So it doesn't matter how long it is, because only with boats does the length play a role, I think. So it must have the name and address of the owner or keeper visible. Take a waterproof felt-tip pen and off you go.

I have never noticed a paddle boat with a name and address on it. I save myself the trouble.
