The VEVOR hydraulic outboard steering kit is a comprehensive marine steering system designed for single-engine boats with outboard motors up to 300 HP. This system includes a hydraulic steering cylinder, a low-friction hydraulic pump with an integrated two-way check valve, two 8-meter long high-pressure hydraulic hoses, and a complete mounting accessory kit. The hydraulic steering cylinder delivers an output force of 470 kgf and allows for precise steering control, suitable for most transom configurations, ensuring optimal engine operation without space constraints. Constructed from robust materials and featuring efficient seals, the cylinder withstands demanding marine environments. The hydraulic pump includes a built-in two-way valve, replaceable shaft seals, a pressure relief valve, and an air reservoir, enhancing system reliability, safety, and durability while reducing long-term operating and maintenance costs. The included hydraulic hoses are each 8 meters long and reinforced with thick nylon tubing, designed for a maximum working pressure of 200 bar to withstand heavy loads without the risk of bursting or leaking. Equipped with Quick-Fit 5/16 connections, these hoses offer flexible installation for various boat types.
