This allows coaches to monitor the training progress and make immediate corrections if necessary. The ergometer generates resistance through an eddy current brake. The resistance level can be adjusted on the wind turbine, enabling training levels from rehabilitation to recreational sports and competitive swimming. The delivery includes a training computer, paddles, handles, and resistance cord.
The Vasa Swim Ergometer XL Bench is suitable for physiotherapy, sports medicine clinics, health clubs, and teams with larger athletes. The "XL Bench" swim ergometer from Vasa comes with a larger bench than the Pro Bench version. The XL bench is ideal for those who desire even more stability on a longer, wider surface. Two aluminum reinforcement rails, mounted between the rolling seat cart and the underside of the padded bench, provide additional strength and stability. Perfect for all athletes who are taller than 183 cm or weigh over 91 kg.
