Product details

The wrist weights are ideal for running, aerobics, and exercises that enhance the body's flexibility and strength. They are universally adjustable in size with a Velcro closure. The weights feature a thumb lock, preventing them from shifting during workouts. Made from soft neoprene and nylon, they provide comfort and convenience during training. A slight load on the hands encourages them to work correctly and more intensely. In addition to strengthening the muscles, a runner also improves their technique during training.
