The adjustable weight cuffs (14TUSFU168) from Tunturi are ideal for use as additional weight on the feet. The cuffs are made of nylon and come in pairs. The set contains 10 weight bags of 450 g each. This means that each cuff can be loaded evenly with 2.25 kg. The range of applications for these weight cuffs is very diverse. In addition to sports such as aerobics and cross fit, these extra weights can also be used for jogging or self-weight exercises.
