The Tunturi Centuri Line Resistance Band Set (22CTSYO065) includes 3 resistance bands of different strengths in stylish colours. Compact and simple, it can be used anywhere - whether you are travelling, in the gym or at home. The exercise bands from Tunturi are made of high-quality, robust and environmentally friendly fabric. The fabric used is a blend of cotton, polyester, elasticated fabric and non-slip soft materials. The bands therefore do not cut into the skin, slip or roll up. As resistance is progressive, the textile exercise bands can be combined with each other to increase the overall resistance. This influences the intensity and difficulty of the training. The dots indicate the respective strength of the band: 1 dot equals light resistance (4-6 kg) 2 dots equals medium resistance (7-10 kg) 3 dots equals strong resistance (11-14 kg) The width of each band is 5.8 cm.
