The padded Power Lifting Straps from Tunturi (14TUSCL394) are used for training with heavy weights. A secure grip is essential when training with heavy weights. This is why they are particularly popular in bodybuilding and weightlifting. They improve the connection between the hand and the weight bar and thus ensure that the weights can be held better. Pulling bands or pulling straps are therefore often used for exercises such as deadlifts, rowing, lat pull-ups or pull-ups. Tunturi's pulling straps are equipped with additional padding.
