Trizand Resistance band set - 5 bands

High Resistance - individual bands are made from a material with high elasticity, allowing for effective training. Each band has a different resistance ranging from 5 to 25 kg.

Various Attachments: The set includes both handles and Velcro straps, as well as a special mount for installation under the door. If you need a powerful strength workout, simply attach 5 bands to the handles and start training with a resistance of 75 kg.

Metal Couplings: The attachments feature metal hooks (carabiners) that ensure the speed, stability, and safety of the couplings. The set includes 2 handles, 2 ankle straps, and a special hook in the shape of a ball covered with material, which can be mounted under or over the door.
