TheraBand High resistance tapes set of 4

This set includes all 4 high resistance bands with progressive resistance levels in easily recognizable colors; light (orange), medium (green), heavy (blue) and extra heavy (purple).
Each band is a 104 cm long and 0.4 cm thick continuous loop, complete with instructions and a recommended workout plan.
The oval TheraBand indicator shows the strap at rest. When the strap is stretched to twice its resting length (100% stretch), the indicator is a circle.
This helps improve the user's technique and track progress.
The estimated resistance values are based on pulling forces for pulling from the strap between 100 and 200% The width of the loops:- light | orange | 7kg (15lbs) | 1.3 cm wide
