TheraBand Hand trainer XL

Thera-Band hand trainers are designed to strengthen the hands, fingers, and forearms, as well as for coordination training. They can also be used for stress relief and cold and heat therapy. The hand trainers are easy to clean and offer a variety of applications in therapy, sports, fitness, and wellness due to five different resistance levels. The XL version of the hand trainers has been specifically developed for individuals with limited mobility, such as those with arthritis, and for people with larger hands who wish to use the balls for therapy or strength and coordination training. The XL version is one-third larger than the standard version of the hand trainer. It allows for the same exercises as the standard version, as well as cold and heat therapy.
