TheraBand Exercise band

Resistance: Extra strong. TheraBand fitness band on a roll, 45.5 m – the classic for individual use. The TheraBand fitness band on a roll, 45.5 m is made from natural latex. The resistance band is coated with talcum powder and should therefore be regularly treated with powder to increase durability and prevent sticking due to sweat and moisture. Baby powder is ideal for this purpose. A household scissors can be used for cutting. Please note that the exercise band should be laid flat and without stretching. The 45.5 m long and 12.5 cm wide roll can be cut into any number of bands of different lengths – an advantage when training larger groups.
