Sypoba Physio

The Physio model is specifically tailored to meet the needs of the therapy and rehabilitation sector. With the Physio model, you have the opportunity to customize your training according to your requirements.

It includes the following accessories:

Rod: Allows for push-ups with straight wrists, offers grip variations, enables 3D training, and has a device for abdominal rollers in combination with the aluminum roller.

Physio Discs: Attachment element for the rod, device for a tilting board that allows tilting movements in different directions and can be used both with two legs and one leg. The reduced agility provides better control of the tilting board.

Half-Round Wedges: Allows for lateral tilting movements in a moderated form, can be used as a tool for additional instability in the ankles or wrists in combination with the training plate and aluminum roller. They can also be used to combine the directions of the tilting board and to support the heels in cases of Achilles tendon issues.

Gyroscope: Enables additional stabilization exercises and rotational movements, can be used with two legs or one leg and in a lunge position.
