Sypoba Physio

The Physio model is specifically tailored to meet the needs of therapy and rehabilitation. With the Physio model, you have the opportunity to customize your training according to your requirements.

It includes the following accessories:

Bar: Allows for push-ups with straight wrists, offers grip variations, enables 3D training, and has a device for the abdominal roller in combination with the aluminum roller.

Physio Discs: Attachment element for the bar, device for the tilt board, which allows tilting movements in different directions and can be used both bilaterally and unilaterally. The reduced agility provides better control of the tilt board.

Half-Round Wedges: Allows for lateral tilting movements in a moderated form, can be used as a tool for additional instability in the ankles or wrists in combination with the training board and aluminum roller. They can also be used to combine the directions of the tilt board and to support the heels in cases of Achilles tendon issues.

Gyroscope: Enables additional stabilization exercises and rotational movements and can be used bilaterally or unilaterally as well as in a lunge position.
