Sypoba Physio

The Physio model is specifically designed to meet the needs of therapy and rehabilitation. With the Physio model, you have the opportunity to tailor your training according to your requirements.

It includes the following accessories:

Bar: Allows for push-ups with straight wrists, offers grip variations, enables 3D training, and has a device for abdominal rollers in combination with the aluminum roller.

Physio Discs: Attachment elements for the bar, a device for a tilting board that allows tilting movements in various directions and can be used both unilaterally and bilaterally. The reduced agility enables better control of the tilting board.

Half-round wedges: Allow for lateral tilting movements in a moderated form and can be used as a tool for additional instability in the ankles or wrists in combination with the training board and aluminum roller. They also provide support for the heels in cases of Achilles tendon issues.

Rotating Disc: Enables additional stabilization exercises and rotational movements and can be used unilaterally or bilaterally, as well as in a lunge position.
