Sypoba Physio

The Physio model is specifically tailored to meet the needs of therapy and rehabilitation. With the Physio model, you have the opportunity to customize your training according to your requirements.

It includes the following accessories:

Bar: Allows for push-ups with straight wrists, offers grip variations, enables 3D training, and has a device for abdominal rollers in combination with the aluminum roller.

Physio Discs: Attachment element for the bar, device for the tilt board that allows tilting movements in various directions and can be used both unilaterally and bilaterally. The reduced agility allows for better control of the tilt board.

Half-round wedges: Enable lateral tilting movements in a moderated form and can be used as a tool for additional instability in the ankles or wrists in combination with the training board and aluminum roller. They also provide support for the heels in cases of Achilles tendon issues.

Spinning Top: Allows for additional stabilization exercises and rotational movements and can be used unilaterally or bilaterally as well as in a lunge position.
