The fitness tiles made from recycled rubber with high shock absorption are designed for any open and/or functional space.

The standard rubber tile features a two-layer system: the bottom layer consists of coarse granulate, while the top layer is 5 mm of finer granulate. These tiles are manufactured in the EU and are made exclusively from recycled European tires bonded to PU.

The two different floor structures are specifically designed to channel (rain)water away from and out of the training area.

A needle hole is placed every 25 centimeters, resulting in an average of 4 connecting pins per meter. This ensures that the tiles remain securely in place after being connected.

This creates a phenomenal floating system without the need for adhesives or other complicated installation methods.

If you wish to minimize the visual effect of joints expanding and contracting due to weather conditions, you can seal the joints with an MS polymer adhesive.

The tiles can be easily cut to the desired size with a utility knife, for which we recommend hollow grind knives. Our outdoor fitness tiles can be easily laid using the pin connection system, with no adhesives required. The edges can be finished with a stainless steel profile.
