It must not be solid red and must differ from the color of the ball. If the colors of the caps do not clearly differ, one team must wear white caps at the request of the referees. Goalkeepers wear red caps. The caps must be securely tied under the chin. If a player loses their cap during the game, they must put it back on or replace it at the next stoppage of play when their team is in possession of the ball. The caps must be worn throughout the entire game. - (2) The caps must be equipped with a non-rigid ear protector, which must be the same color as the caps. The ear protector of the goalkeeper's cap may be red. - (3) The caps must display numbers on both sides with a height of 0.10 m. The goalkeeper wears cap No. 1, and the other caps must be numbered from 2 to 13. A substitute goalkeeper must wear a red goalkeeper cap No. 13. A player may not change their cap number during the entire game.
