Weight: 10 kg. The Sport-Thieme PU weight plate for pump sets is particularly high-quality and resistant. Thanks to the robust polyurethane (PU) coating, the plate is resistant to corrosion. It also minimizes noise when being placed down, allowing for a quieter workout – ideal for use in gyms. Especially practical: the weight plate features three grip holes, making it easy to slide onto the barbell. Additionally, the holes allow for strength training without a barbell.
