Product details

The Sport-Thieme Curl Bar Competition, ø 50 mm, is made of steel, making it particularly durable. For securing the weight plates, you can use quick-release clamps or locking rings. The bar features a knurled surface that ensures a particularly secure grip. The curved shape of the EZ bar allows for targeted upper arm workouts with a joint-friendly hand position. You can add weights to the bar as desired and introduce new challenges. All standard 50 mm weight plates can be used for loading.
