The training aid for water - The Sport-Thieme Aqua Special Resistance Rope is a must-have for every swimmer. It consists of a rubber rope, hand loops, and a waist belt, making it perfect for training strength and strength endurance. The advantage of strength training with the resistance rope for the swimmer is that it specifically targets the muscles and muscle combinations used in swimming movements. This is achieved by mimicking swimming motions against the resistance of the rope. The five different types allow for better adaptation to the swimmer's individual performance level.
