They are made of foam discs that are securely attached to the plastic grip bar. For a comfortable grip and secure hold, the handle is additionally covered with a skin-friendly foam layer. The loops are attached to the ends of the grip of the Sport-Thieme Aqua Jogging Dumbbell. This allows individuals with limited hand motor skills or hand injuries to train with the water dumbbells. The hands are simply inserted through the grip loops. It is also possible to attach the Aqua Dumbbells with the loops to the feet and perform exercises for the lower extremities.
