Version: With 6 steel balls, Black. Smovey Swing Rings Power: Swing through your workout. The Smovey Swing Rings Power consist of a round spiral tube filled with either 4 or 6 steel balls. Thanks to the innovative grip system, the balls move freely throughout the entire tube. By swinging the rings forward, backward, or in a circle, you set the steel balls in motion. These create vibrations through their rolling movements in the spiral tube, covering a wide frequency spectrum. As you move the swing rings, the frequencies continuously change, constantly exposing the nervous system to new, unpredictable stimuli. The nerve pathways transmit the impulses to the brain, which can be felt as a gentle tingling in the body.
