This replacement set of anti-balling plates is compatible with the Makalu and Vampire crampons. It is used to prevent the formation of studs under the crampons. The set includes 2 anti-bump plates for the front and 2 for the rear, suitable for a pair of Makalu2 or Vampire crampons (from production year 2006). Suitable for strap, mixed and speed systems. The anti-balling plates are made of robust polyurethane and offer reliable performance when mountaineering and on rock tours. They have no left/right markings and are easy to fit.
