Practical and versatile home fitness equipment, optimal upper body training - strengthening the abdominal, back and arm muscles. Suitable for pull-ups, sit-ups and push-ups. For pull-ups, the door frame with a max. width of 92cm and a depth of 12 to 24 cm is ideal (adjustable). Sturdy 25mm steel tubing (2mm wall thickness) for loads up to max. 100Kg. Pleasantly soft foam handles. Lime green anthracite. Incl. exercise instructions. Note: Frame thickness (of the door) should be at least 1cm so that the foam does not lie directly on the wall.
