The Instinct VS features a microfiber and leather upper made from six pieces that are sewn together in a way that perfectly conforms to the foot without causing pressure points. The midfoot benefits from the Bi-Tension system, providing an ideal balance between support and flexibility. The midsole, made of Flexan, supports the foot when standing on small footholds, while the moderately asymmetrical shape of the shoe, the medium downturn, and the moderate toe box ensure perfect power transfer and precise toe placement. The Vibram XS Grip2 rubber layer on the heel and the toe patch in the toe area provide exceptional hooking capabilities. The supportive Vibram XS Edge sole rubber is grippy and offers good support on small footholds.
