Product details

Agner M Harness is lightweight and versatile for all tours. The Agner is a lightweight, comfortable all-round climbing harness with a flat, laminated construction. The padded waist belt and leg loops provide high wearing comfort, while the internal load-bearing webbing allows for optimal weight distribution without pressure points. The inner side features a skin-friendly lining that remains pleasantly cool even on hot climbing days. At the same time, the soft edges do not dig in, providing even more freedom of movement. The robust outer material and reinforced attachment points protect against abrasion and make the material even more durable. The Agner climbing harness is light enough for summer climbing days but also at home in alpine terrain: the two rigid gear loops at the front, the two flexible ones further back, as well as the gear loop at the back and the attachment options for ice screw carabiners make the Agner climbing harness the ideal companion for long rock routes, in snow and ice. The Agner M Harness for men is available in four different sizes.

  • PositiveLightweight & wide contact surface
  • NegativeOpening with sliding & expensive

The thin and wide strap is barely noticeable when walking. The buckle can be opened by pushing it in, but could loosen. The leg loops are not adjustable, the suspension is vulnerable as it is possible to mix them up. The via ferrata carabiners are super easy to attach to the loops. A great model for difficult via ferratas

  • Positivetop hanging comfort
  • Positivesmall pack size
  • NegativeOverlays not very cosy

With its flat, laminated, firm and wide pads, the new Agner from Salewa offers some of the best load distribution in the test - a good choice for heavy people or alpine tours with a rucksack and hanging stands. Although the padding is less snug than on other all-round harnesses, it is easy to fold - the pack size is comparatively small and the weight (320 g) of the newcomer, which is available in four...
