This is the version of our popular resistance band that comes only with the band. Care instructions: Resistance bands are made from latex, a natural organic substance that degrades and deteriorates over time. Therefore, they must be protected from extreme temperatures, chemicals, fragrances, sweat, and moisture, as these can accelerate decay. Proper storage of these products extends their lifespan. The resistance bands should be laid flat and occasionally dusted with talcum powder. This prevents the rubber from sticking together in heat and makes it easier to tie and untie the bands.
