Harder KranK durometer bushings (93a) are for heavier riders (over 140 lbs), as harder bushings allow for a tighter setup. Softer KranK durometer bushings (87a) are ideal for lighter riders (up to 140 lbs) as well as for those looking for a loose setup in the roadside position when combined with a harder bushing. Please note: The KranK formula offers a lot of adaptability, so order accordingly! You can tighten the kingpin nut up to two full turns to "harden" or "loosen" the durometer. Stiffer bushings make the board more resilient, which can be advantageous when performing tricks. Medium-weight riders may benefit from mixing durometers roadside and boardside.
