The Rayne Mitty is a compact downhill skateboard designed by Australian legend and Rayne pro rider Mitch Thompson. If you don't know who Mitch is, you should find out. He is a local from Bathurst and one of the organizers of the Newton's World Cup at Mt Panorama. He is the vice president of the ASRA (Australian Skateboard Downhill Association) and is recorded in history as the first Australian to win a World Cup downhill race. If you think that's easy, there's a 20-year history of Australian downhill skaters who have never achieved that. In 2019, Mitch took the lead in the Newtons Open Final. He tackled every turn with grip and speed, tucked for glory, and left the best riders in the world behind. He became the first Australian in over 20 years to win a World Cup race and celebrated with a Shoey.

Mitch has always ridden on Rayne decks. This loyalty was rewarded with a pro model. This board was designed for racing but also shines in the freeride sector. Mitch wanted to create a versatile board that can do both with ease! The Mitty is pressed in our classic construction of bamboo and fiberglass with a fat bottom to keep it light and stiff at high speeds as you test the limits and grab the lines. The deck also features a smooth yet effective concave, consisting of a mild rocker, a W-concave in the rear, a linear drop at the back, and a radial drop at the front. This combination keeps you locked in your setup while feeling comfortable during racing and freeriding!
