Recommendation: Lay out all the parts clearly first so that you always have a good overview of all the accessories. Only remove the screws from the (illustrated) box when you really need them. Together with the detailed and illustrated description, assembly is easy. All the necessary tools are included. If I was unsure (e.g. how to assemble the castors), I simply looked at a product picture to make sure I had interpreted the instructions correctly. Regarding "self-assembly": Yes, it's no problem! There is one point where a helping hand is recommended for about one minute for safety reasons (I also did this alone). This situation is also described.
I needed about 2.5 hours for the stress-free and comfortable assembly (without unpacking). Have fun - I can only recommend this product.
I had the same problem at the beginning. Dismantle the rollers again and make sure they are installed correctly. In the meantime, it has been in operation for a few years without squeaking noises.
When the dampers are inserted, it does indeed give the impression that the force is too high. However, bear in mind that you have a long lever with the aluminium arms and that the force is only correct on the outside of the lever, where the pulley is hooked in
Posting the same questions three times does not produce a quicker answer.
I am also interested in the device, but now it is no longer available here and it is unknown when something will be available again. Wait and see...
Haven't needed any spare parts yet. There is an order form in the back of the manual and a telephone number for the company in Neu-Ulm. I have no doubt that spare parts can be obtained without much effort.
Yes, most of the exercises that are not done directly on the machine are done straight away from the machine, never to the side (as the machine is not that heavy it would also tip to the side rather quickly).
No, the delivery includes a pack of basic loops. With a little skill and imagination, however, you can make your own loops and thus expand the range of functions.
Hi rogie90, did you use it on both site at the same time?if yes that means that you pushed/pulled double the weight per side. Try it with only one side and check if it stil feels too hard/heavy. If yes, please contact our customer service team, so we can try to fix it. Enjoy your training!
The unit is freestanding, and does not need any fixing to walls or floor. It has rubber feet, ut if you have wood floor, its not a bad idea for a thin rubber mat, but would say its also not necessary.
The larger package measures: L*W*H = 115*85*15 and weighs approx. 41 kg, unfortunately I don't know the mass of the smaller package, but it is smaller, hope that helps. Sincerely
