Adjusting the Finnlo Bio Force Extreme is very easy.

The sliding closure mechanism allows you to adjust the resistance up to 125 kg in 2.25 kg increments with just one hand, without having to get up from the strength station. With the same exercise execution, the bilateral resistance setting of the strength station allows for compensatory training for the weaker side of the body – up to 62.5 kg can be set per side.

The equipment of the strength station is complemented by the abdominal training rope AB-Strap and the ergonomically comfortable seat. This seat can be adjusted vertically and customized to individual preferences. For advanced exercise variations, the seat can be easily removed from the strength station.
