The Reverso Belay from Petzl is a versatile and lightweight belay and rappel device, ideal for sport climbing, multi-pitch routes, and mountaineering. Its rounded rope guide design minimizes wear on the device, increasing its lifespan. The innovative Reverso mode allows for belaying one or two second climbers with improved braking performance. The device is compatible with a variety of rope diameters, including single ropes from 8.5 to 10.5 mm, half ropes from 7.1 to 9.2 mm, and twin ropes from 6.9 to 9.2 mm. The V-shaped, notched braking grooves provide precise control of braking friction. The installation on the rope is clearly illustrated on both the inside and outside of the device, making it easier to handle.
