The 7' hybrid surfboard is ideal for medium, non-powerful waves (waist and shoulder height) and is suitable for regular surfers. This model features reinforced fin boxes to enhance stability. The board comes with 3 fins for FCS1 boxes. When the fins are positioned in the plugs, tighten the screws loosely with the included hex key.

We chose this surfboard construction because it offers numerous advantages. Epoxy resin is more resistant to impacts and dents than polyester resin, making the board more durable. The board becomes more responsive and can gain more speed. The EPS foam (expanded polystyrene) floats better, providing more buoyancy at the same volume compared to a board made of polyester/polyurethane.

When purchased online, the board is packaged in a Flexi-Hex® paper honeycomb protective cover and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box. There is no plastic packaging anymore. Brilliant! This protective cover is reusable to protect it while traveling.

The ideal board for anyone looking to improve their surfing after learning on a foam board. Its shape allows for an early entry into the wave and riding the curves on the shoulder of the wave. Ideal for waves that are hip to shoulder high. Experienced surfers can use it in larger waves but should still avoid big hollow waves that are less suitable for this board.
