The retention valve ensures that no air is lost when the mat is set down and you can fine-tune the setting using the flat valve equipped with a non-return valve. The choice of a soft or harder lying surface is up to you. The flat valve does not interfere with sleeping and is fully open when deflated within a few seconds. The air mattress can be folded twice lengthways and rolled up to the size of a water bottle and stored in the bag. A real must-have for weight-optimised outdoor tours or long-distance expeditions. The 3-season mat can be used from spring to autumn at temperatures close to freezing. Its light weight, which does not weigh much in a rucksack, and the reduced pack size make the mat a pleasant travelling companion. The TPU coating gives the 40D nylon material its waterproofness as well as its tear and puncture resistance. The air mattress can be inflated by mouth or conveniently with the pump bag or a mini pump.
