Nidecker Kaon-Plus

The Kaon Plus is an aggressive all-mountain binding that provides the extra support you need to trudge cliffs, storm the hardpack or drive it in the park. The unibody baseplate and heel cup are made from fiberglass-reinforced nylon that's lightweight and strong without pushing into the realm of ultra-stiff carbon. Rockered corners and off-axis powerbeams help the board flex naturally and direct energy to the edges more efficiently when set up at the usual angles. The nylon Asym Hadron hiback offers excellent heel-to-edge response and tool-free forward lean adjustment. Like the rest of the binding, it has been designed to fit perfectly with the AsymFit boot. Comfort is further enhanced by the wide ExoKush ankle strap and connected AuxTech toe strap - a groundbreaking new layout that locks in the entire foot and distributes pressure evenly with minimal stretch or deformation. The Kaon Plus features the same precision aluminum ratchets as the top-of-the-line Kaon-CX for ultra-reliable entry and exit, as well as a beveled EVA footbed for a comfortable ride.
