Swimming in place is ideal for paying attention to your body and focusing on your swimming technique. Train bilateral breathing by concentrating on the head rotation needed to breathe on each side. Improve your kick by focusing on the movement of your hips and thighs.

Additionally, the multifunctional cord can be used for walking in water or for rehabilitation exercises. If there is no public swimming pool nearby, you can train in your home pool in the garden with this swim cord. It allows for swimming in place and is suitable for all pool sizes.

The swim cord consists of two parts:

• a fixed part: adjustable cord and a fastening for a fixed mount (type pool ladder);
• an interchangeable part with a belt or loops for the ankles.

The swim cord can be adjusted to a length between 2 and 3 meters. It must be securely attached to the pool edge using hooks. Make sure the fastening is properly closed before you start swimming.
