This Muscle Power Slant Board features an adjustable incline that allows you to train specific body parts with precision, from the calves to the feet and from the ankles to the lower legs.

It makes your muscles more responsive during workouts, helps you stretch properly, and thus reduces the risk of injury.

The Slant Board has been shown to assist with Achilles tendon injuries, shin splints, calf strains, and other foot and ankle injuries and pains, making it suitable for all age groups and fitness levels.

This versatile Slant Board is adjustable to 4 positions: 12°, 22°, 32°, and 42°. It has a non-slip surface and can be easily folded for compact storage. The Slant Board can also be used in combination with resistance bands or power tubes.
