The Muscle Power EZ Curl Bar Basic is a barbell specifically designed for upper arm training. Its unique zigzag shape allows for a comfortable grip during exercises such as bicep curls, tricep extensions, preacher curls, and more.

The major advantage is that the specific shape of the barbell reduces strain on the forearms. As a result, the risk of annoying overuse injuries in the forearms is significantly lower compared to performing these exercises with a standard straight bar.

These barbells last the longest when not thrown. The screws in these barbells need to be tightened from time to time.
