The Zone3 paddles are often described as the most comfortable paddles on the market. In fact, they are specifically used by the coaches of two of the largest triathlon clubs in the UK for their swimmers. They are excellent for building upper body strength while swimming and pair very well with the shorts swimming aids.
After testing many different types of swim paddles, Zone3 chose this set because they are neither too large nor too small. The streamlined shape maximizes the effect on the water catch positions during freestyle swimming and minimizes any disruption to swimming technique, thereby reducing the risk of injury.
One of the most interesting design features is the option for single finger straps for advanced swimmers or full straps for additional support - a great way to enhance your swimming movements. These paddles are also quick and easy to put on compared to other paddles. Simply slide them onto your middle finger and you're ready to go.
